I would like to have your email addresses. Please email me and tell me the email address you check every day. Your email should look like this:

Subject: Monday 3 (your name)

Dear Ms. MacGregor,

Hello, this is xx(your name) xx. I am sending you my email address. It is: xxxxxx.

Sincerely,

(your name)

You should also add my email address to your mailing list so you have it when you need to contact me because you will be absent or your have a question.
